For clinics with consultation capacity

Put your available
appointments to work.

You have the clinical team and room for new consultations. You want to grow particular procedures without adding another campaign to your coordinator’s workload. This pilot is built for that.

  1. 01

    Enquiries that fit your clinic

Set the procedures, location and administrative criteria you want us to work to. Your team approves the advertising and the fee guide patients see.

  2. 02

    Advertising included

Get a campaign created and funded within an agreed budget. Each patient chooses your clinic; we do not resell their enquiry to competing clinics.

  3. 03

    Preparation taken care of

Your team receives a short patient brief and a coordinated booking. We explain your price guide, capture questions and send appointment reminders.

  4. 04

    Pay for attendance

Pay £195 plus applicable VAT when an eligible patient attends. You can check every charge against your appointment record. No attendance, no fee.

What your team receives

Know who is coming.
And what they want to discuss.

Give your coordinator the details they need without starting the conversation again. Your clinician receives the concern in the patient’s own words, with the practical preparation already recorded.

  • The concern, in the patient’s own words
  • Your price guide acknowledged
  • Appointment and sharing permission confirmed
  • Questions about risks, recovery and alternatives

Your clinicians retain the medical assessment, treatment recommendations and consent process.

Make the concern easier to understand

A clearer question
for your clinician.

A visual reference can give your clinician a specific question to discuss. This example shows how a patient might express a concern while keeping the clinical decision with your team.

Fictional reference imageAI-edited illustration
Two matching side profiles of a fictional adult woman. The right profile contains a subtle AI alteration to the nose. This is not a real patient or a surgical result.AI illustration · not a treatment result
An imagined change for discussion. Not a prediction.

Both images are AI-generated and depict a fictional person. The edited image is not a treatment recommendation or evidence that this change is achievable. Suitability, possible outcomes, limitations and risks require assessment by a qualified clinician. Actual results vary.

Your pilot includes written patient briefs. Visual preparation is shown as a future option, not an included service.

Mark PinnesFounder, 56 Partners

Your clinic gets a partner with 30 years’ experience building demand in sectors where trust matters.

My work spans healthcare, financial services and other regulated businesses. Your reputation depends on responsible communication, so you approve the patient-facing campaign before it runs.

I’ve also been the patient. Having nose surgery years ago gave me a personal reason to care about how people are treated before they ever meet a clinician.

I’ll lead your pilot personally and invest my time and the agreed advertising budget. You work directly with me, from setting the patient criteria to reviewing the attendances.
