Privacy and contact
This site is for clinic business enquiries. Contact Mark Pinnes at mark@56partners.com about the site, your information or a marketing opt-out.
Information you give us
The contact links open your email application. If you email us, we receive your address, message and any information you choose to include. We use this to answer your enquiry and discuss a possible business relationship. Please do not send patient photographs, medical histories or other patient information.
Website visits and optional campaign measurement
We have not added advertising pixels, analytics cookies, fingerprinting or a visitor-identification service to this page. Our hosting and network providers process ordinary access information, which may include IP addresses and technical request details, to deliver and protect the site. This does not tell us reliably which clinic or person visited.
If you arrive through a clinic invitation link, we ask before recording optional campaign events. Choosing Allow records the invitation code, whether you viewed this page or selected an email link, an event identifier, the time and the consent notice version. The private invitation list lets us associate that code with the clinic we invited. This is a campaign signal, not proof of who visited: links can be forwarded. We do not store your IP address in this campaign database, follow you across visits, or build advertising profiles. The email button still works if you decline.
Your choice applies to this visit only and is not stored in your browser. Use Change choice to stop further measurement. Changing your choice does not erase events already recorded; contact Mark with the invitation link if you want us to find and remove related records. Campaign events are reviewed for deletion after 30 days; older events are also removed when new events are recorded. Hosting providers may use necessary security cookies and technical access logs to protect the service. Campaign reports are restricted to the site owner.
Business contact and marketing
We may contact relevant clinic businesses using professional contact information supplied by you or published on the clinic’s website. Where we use personal information for this, our purpose is to discuss a relevant business service, relying on legitimate interests where appropriate. We assess relevance and the recipient’s reasonable expectations. Different rules apply to sole traders and some partnerships; a public email address is not consent.
You can object to direct marketing at any time. Reply asking us to stop, or email the address above. We retain a minimal suppression record so that you are not added to a later campaign.
Access and retention
Business correspondence is accessed by those handling the enquiry and the email, hosting and workspace providers used to operate the service. We do not sell your contact information. We review inactive prospect correspondence after 12 months and remove information that is no longer needed, subject to legal obligations and a minimal opt-out record. Any patient-facing pilot will require its own agreed data-handling arrangements before it starts.
Your choices
You can ask for access to or correction of your personal information, request deletion or restriction where applicable, and object to direct marketing. Contact Mark using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
